Make Your Brine One Gallon of water and 1/4 to 1/2 Salt Slice Zucchini and Onions Slice Jalapenos Add a Grape Leaf or Horseradish leaf to the bottom of Jar Add Spices and Sliced Vegetables Fill Brine to top Add a barrier at top if you do not have a grape leaf place a plastic baggie on top follwed by something to weigh it down. Let sit in a cool dry place 5 days Remember to Sterilize all areas you are working with and Jar.
